Dr. Bakhtinur Khudanov is a dentist, researcher, professor, and digital health innovator with more than 20 years of experience in dentistry, preventive oral health, medical research, and healthcare digitalization. Dr. Khudanov combines clinical expertise, academic research, and digital health innovation to help patients better understand their diagnosis, evaluate treatment plans, and make informed decisions about their oral health.

Professional Background

Dr. Khudanov currently serves as President of Impulse Medical Institute in Tashkent and partly as a professor of Preventive Dentistry Department of Tashkent State Medical University, where he leads institutional development, medical education innovation, and international collaboration programs.

Previously, he served as Vice Chair of the Main Medical Department under the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, contributing to healthcare policy development, national digital health initiatives, and quality management in medical institutions.

Throughout his career he has held numerous leadership roles in:
